can’t stress enough security for CIMS is very high. Download on a computer for users is regimented. Many levels of security.

If the Conservative lie that only Guelph is the focus of the Robocalls (RoboCon) investigation, and Pierre Poutine worked only for some rouge op in Guelph, who in Guelph CPC had clearance to access CIMS at a high level and query non-supporters and undecided voters’ phone numbers, to provide that list to RackNine for Poutine’s robodialing fraud and other call centres like RMG who had live-scripted fraud? RCMP and Elections Canada investigators should know this by now, working from CIMS backups of the database at the time of access before May 3rd, 2011. Whose access queried the phone list(s)?

I have been watching the sleazy (couldn’t help this word slip, it just slithered out of my mouth ;) rise to power of The (Far) Right (less) Honorable Prime Minister (Slick) Steven Harper, humph. This man unfortunately is not a mental moron but he is a danger to Canada. It has been stated in the past that he has been anointed by the larger powers that be, in the greater Geo-political world sphere of NWO types, to be the man that dismantles democracy in Canada, which in retrospect seems credibly obvious; we can not let him get away with this.
I have seen the change in him he is not the political idealist he may once have been. He sold his soul to the highest bidder and does not work for Canadians anymore or unless you are with him and if your not its easy; your either a terrorist, an Eco terrorist, an anti big business terrorist, an anti development terrorist, an anti G8 (NWO) terrorist or an anti free trade (which benefits only Multi- and Transnational Corporations and the extremely rich) terrorist and if that does not work you are simply a child pornographer, because you have a computer that is internet connected.
Why do you think the NWO would choose Slick? Here is what Slick had to say about coalition governments governing Canada in the winter of 96-97, which by the way is quite a reverse from election 2011 where coalition governments became painted as a terrorist plot of some sort:

So not only does Harper know he has unfettered power, he plans to make full use of it and have us fall in line into the ‘bigger picture’ of one world government order. Hence the Security Perimeter Agreement with the US behind closed doors, this one is truly scary and the Euro free trade pact. The Security Perimeter Agreement gives the US ultimate say as to whether or not Canadians can enter or exit our own country and not just to the US and back but to anywhere in the world, after all we might be terrorists, right? But also who can and cannot enter Canada, do you feel sovereignty slipping away yet, for the good of the ‘bigger picture’? I think you are righteously nuts. You have made a number of errors in your diatribe. The coalition article is a very good and thought provoking piece which is not specially relevant to the particular coalition that sought to take control in 2008. I am not clear on why you think Harper sold out to NWO — actually, I am a believer in NWO, but I think the players are on the Liberal side — Demerais, Mo Strong, UN, EU and all those pushing Kyoto. Harper is a thorn in their sides. Crime is not going down in areas targeted by the safe streets legislation — gang crimes, sex crimes, white collar. You should really take a look at the legislation which is pretty modest. Anyway, you have posted a lot of accusations, but in your haste to prove a theory, you failed to get your assumptions right. Lawrence Martin is NOT a good source for objective assessment of Harper, but do try Paul Well’s e-book on Harper.

I don’t know how it works with CIMS, but with Liberalist, if someone even with the appropriate access wanted to extract and download a portion of the database (‘all expired members’, or ‘all sign requests’, e.g.), even just for their own riding, they would still need authorization from the system administrator in Ottawa. I always thought that was an unnecessary pain in the ass, but maybe not.
If CIMS is the same, that’s huge. It means someone high up in the Guelph campaign would have had to REQUEST those specific names and numbers, and give HQ a plausible reason for wanting them. And there would be a record of that.
Good info. I knew the Prescott tweet about Halton getting Guelph calls would be interesting. He seemed to be talking about the Liberal calls though.
