RoboCon: The CIMS has Poutine’s Greasy Thumbprint

How many people play The Sims? Are you going to create a character called Pierre Poutine?

Tracey Kent ‏ @TraceyKent
@4got @tondamacc A CIMS user cannot make changes, run queries on any other ridings but their own. Access approval is hierarchical

- @TraceyKent @4got @tondamacc That’s incredibly IMPORTANT information. It’s a fact you KNOW? Totally familiar with the tech.? #RoboCon

@saskboy I could run a query. Say for a poll area support/nonsupport.

- @TraceyKent So you could have in theory queried Guelph non-supporter, or undecided voters, despite being in Vaughn. As an example? #Robocon

@saskboy no those in ridings cannot access info from other ridings. Security is tight. Only ones w/whole access is big people at CPC.
can’t stress enough security for CIMS is very high. Download on a computer for users is regimented. Many levels of security.
3:30 PM – 3 Mar 12 via Twitter for BlackBerry®

@saskboy information is controlled. Only people with full access would be top CPC people or national campaign team.
like I said, not even a GTA Co-ordinator would have CIMS access from outside their designated area.
even within a riding assoc only approved people have CIMS access. Some have access to do imput [sic] after CPC has done clearance

If the Conservative lie that only Guelph is the focus of the Robocalls (RoboCon) investigation, and Pierre Poutine worked only for some rouge op in Guelph, who in Guelph CPC had clearance to access CIMS at a high level and query non-supporters and undecided voters’ phone numbers, to provide that list to RackNine for Poutine’s robodialing fraud and other call centres like RMG who had live-scripted fraud? RCMP and Elections Canada investigators should know this by now, working from CIMS backups of the database at the time of access before May 3rd, 2011. Whose access queried the phone list(s)?

UPDATE: More info suggests that it must be CIMS involved in some way.

UPDATE: Jennifer Smith adds important information about the Liberalist Database and how it works.

  1. I have been watching the sleazy (couldn’t help this word slip, it just slithered out of my mouth ;) rise to power of The (Far) Right (less) Honorable Prime Minister (Slick) Steven Harper, humph. This man unfortunately is not a mental moron but he is a danger to Canada. It has been stated in the past that he has been anointed by the larger powers that be, in the greater Geo-political world sphere of NWO types, to be the man that dismantles democracy in Canada, which in retrospect seems credibly obvious; we can not let him get away with this.

I have seen the change in him he is not the political idealist he may once have been. He sold his soul to the highest bidder and does not work for Canadians anymore or unless you are with him and if your not its easy; your either a terrorist, an Eco terrorist, an anti big business terrorist, an anti development terrorist, an anti G8 (NWO) terrorist or an anti free trade (which benefits only Multi- and Transnational Corporations and the extremely rich) terrorist and if that does not work you are simply a child pornographer, because you have a computer that is internet connected.

Why do you think the NWO would choose Slick? Here is what Slick had to say about coalition governments governing Canada in the winter of 96-97, which by the way is quite a reverse from election 2011 where coalition governments became painted as a terrorist plot of some sort:

    http://www.scribd.com/doc/51938443/Stephen-Harper-and-Tom-Flanagan-Our-Benign-Dictatorship-Next-City-Winter-1996-97

Basically if I may paraphrase here what Slick and Tom “Assassinate Julian” Flanagan had to say about a coalition government. > Because Canada is such a vast and diverse country the only fair way to govern it is with a coalition of all the separate and diverse regions of Canada, preferably five parties, (basically North, Far West, West Center, East and Far East), represented fairly. Now get this they also emphatically stated that our form of government meaning a sitting one party majority government in Canada was nothing more than an elected dictatorship they called “benign” here is the title of the paper and opening salvo

    “”Next City, Winter 1996/97.”

Our benign dictatorship Canada’s system of one-party-plus rule has stunted democracy. Two prominent conservatives present the case for more representative government – by Stephen Harper and Tom Flanagan”

So not only does Harper know he has unfettered power, he plans to make full use of it and have us fall in line into the ‘bigger picture’ of one world government order. Hence the Security Perimeter Agreement with the US behind closed doors, this one is truly scary and the Euro free trade pact. The Security Perimeter Agreement gives the US ultimate say as to whether or not Canadians can enter or exit our own country and not just to the US and back but to anywhere in the world, after all we might be terrorists, right? But also who can and cannot enter Canada, do you feel sovereignty slipping away yet, for the good of the ‘bigger picture’? Read what Ralph Nader warned Canadians about during the 2011 election here regarding the Security Perimeter Agreement:

    http://thecanadausinstitute.uwo.ca/Files/Naderpub%20final.pdf

And if any of you doubt that Robo-call was not put into play by Slick’s “operation reelection: majority at any cost”, read this: obviously a test run in the 2008 election to see if it would work and if anyone would notice:

    http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/lawrence-martin/the-curious-case-of-saanich-gulf-islands/article2354592/

It did work and few noticed, are you getting the “big picture” yet? Why the new jails when crime is statistically declining?

    Here:

    http://www.canadaandtheworld.com/decliningcrime.html

And google this: Police-reported crime statistics in Canada, 2010

And this: Police-reported crime statistics in Canada, 2009

The new jails are for people like us, not criminals, but lawful citizens that disagree with Harper’s criminal cabal that is attempting to steal Canada and put it in the lap of foreign Transnational Corporations and other alien filthy rich foreigners.

I don’t know about the rest of you but I’m pissed and righteously so. The 24th of May 2012 (“The holiday is colloquially known as May Two-Four in parts of Canada;”) long weekend falls on the 19 to the 21 of May this year. This notice should give all Canadians time to march on Ottawa “two-four” abreast and stay on Parliament Hill until Harper and his crooked band of cronies’ leaves and is locked up for good. The Egyptians have set the bar high, they showed us how to get rid of a crooked sleazy corrupt Autocratic Dictatorship and now we will show you how to get rid of a crooked sleazy corrupt Benign Dictatorship, before it turns into a full blown crooked sleazy corrupt Benign Autocracy! I will see you on the hill!

Canada before it is to late set aside your differences that leeches like Harper prey upon and get him out because he criminally deceived his way into office; therefore he is now officially a “criminal terrorist” committing conspiracy to subvert the Canadian Government and its Sovereignty from within and the good news is its open season on terrorists because George Bush declared it so!

Everything you needed to know about Team Harper but were afraid to ask:

    http://www.ipolitics.ca/2012/02/27/lawrence-martintrouble-in-toryland-their-dirty-tricks-catalogue/

I AM a Righteously Pissed CANADIAN.

    • I think you are righteously nuts. You have made a number of errors in your diatribe. The coalition article is a very good and thought provoking piece which is not specially relevant to the particular coalition that sought to take control in 2008. I am not clear on why you think Harper sold out to NWO — actually, I am a believer in NWO, but I think the players are on the Liberal side — Demerais, Mo Strong, UN, EU and all those pushing Kyoto. Harper is a thorn in their sides. Crime is not going down in areas targeted by the safe streets legislation — gang crimes, sex crimes, white collar. You should really take a look at the legislation which is pretty modest. Anyway, you have posted a lot of accusations, but in your haste to prove a theory, you failed to get your assumptions right. Lawrence Martin is NOT a good source for objective assessment of Harper, but do try Paul Well’s e-book on Harper.

  6. I don’t know how it works with CIMS, but with Liberalist, if someone even with the appropriate access wanted to extract and download a portion of the database (‘all expired members’, or ‘all sign requests’, e.g.), even just for their own riding, they would still need authorization from the system administrator in Ottawa. I always thought that was an unnecessary pain in the ass, but maybe not.

If CIMS is the same, that’s huge. It means someone high up in the Guelph campaign would have had to REQUEST those specific names and numbers, and give HQ a plausible reason for wanting them. And there would be a record of that.
