This video demonstrates that nothing has been done in more than 25 years to close the tax loopholes that Reagan supposedly wanted to close in 1985. Obama is saying the same things, literally, as Reagan did.
The Bush(s), Clinton, and Obama governments since have lost ground for the 99% of us. This is one big reason that Occupy Wall Street (OWS) is sweeping America and Canada. Injustices that lead to the recession after 2008 have not been corrected. No corrupt bankers or regulators, or politicians have been put on trial for their crimes, let alone jailed. The people have had enough! The corrupt rich have got to pay for their crimes, and the honest rich have got to pay more in taxes to sustain and build our infrastructure.

Considering you like Reagan now he also said in that speech that everyone should pay some taxes, unlike the present reality where 47% of Americans pay no federal income tax. Here is the whole speech:
It’s not some kind of admission to thinking Reagan was some great economist suddenly, it’s a damnation of him and the liars and do-nothings that came after him.
