ConCalls: The NDP and Liberals were #RoboConned

A spokesman for the Conservative Party attacked Frank Graves, the head of Ekos, for donating to the Liberals in the past.
“Frank Graves … is the same pollster who predicted an NDP government last year,” Fred Delorey said in an email to CBC News.

Oh, sorry Fred. If Frank had only known to factor in the illegal, conspiracy to suppress the votes of non-Conservative voters in his calculations, he would have been able to predict what happened instead? The irony is, Frank was right. He predicted a future that we’ll never know in this dimension, thanks to the success of illegal, vote suppressing robocalls.
Extrapolating Ekos’s findings to 200 ridings cheated of a clean election:
If the NDP hadn’t been RoboConned, Jack Layton would presumably have been the Prime Minister last year.

“EKOS (and especially pollster Frank Graves) was severely criticized and maligned after the election for his (at the time, incorrect) seat projections. Turns out he was much closer to what should’ve been the actual outcome than most people will give him credit for. He was well within the margin of error. Frank and EKOS were right all along — their prediction models saw this coming before it even happened. Kudos.” ~Brian-Michel LaRue

“I can’t believe anyone would ever take [Graves] seriously. But, as you know, we don’t comment on polls so I won’t say more.”

Delorey says the party will defend the results of the elections and that he’s confident the court will dismiss the application.

“This is a transparent attempt to overturn certified election results simply because this activist group doesn’t like them,” he said.

Every action and official comment by Ottawa Conservatives in the RoboCalls election fraud, have pointed to guilt. They aren’t acting like they are innocent and are trying to get to the bottom of this. If they were, they’d hear and graciously accept the overwhelming evidence presented to them that there were tens of thousands of illegal calls made during last general election. They’d hear that these took place in 200 ridings, according to the Elections Canada CEO. They’d want to make sure it doesn’t happen again by inquiring why nearly 12 months have passed with no charges being laid thus far, not even in Guelph where the most publicly gathered/visible evidence is now. The lack of this enthusiasm for justice for whoever the culprits are, betrays their guilt.

Are the Council of Canadians transparently trying to overturn certified election results that turned out to be the result only after demonstrable illegal actions in those ridings? Yes. Should they like the fraudulently tainted election result? No! Why do Fred DeLorey, and the Conservatives like, and defend, the fraudulent results when they are in possession of stolen seats? Honest people want to know the results of clean elections, even if it means a little self sacrifice.

Andrew Coyne questions using polls in election prediction/journalism. Polls provide a snapshot in time, but can’t predict the future. They are good at clarifying the past, when they’re well done, of course.

“Another shoe dropped in the Robocalls scandal. It just won’t seem to go away!“, CTV Tasha said, half sounding like she expected the biggest scandal in Ottawa to disappear. And at the end of the interview, Frank was clearly disappointed to have been cut off by an arbitrary time limit, as he was about to clarify an important point.

  1. Is Fred Delorey a spokesperson or a retained lawyer speaking on behalf of and defending his client, regarding Electoral Fraud in approx 2 out of 3 ridings ? A client who’s election resource/service suppliers of live call and robocall are based in The United States and in Canada. Certainly the American service providers were jubilant regarding their 100% success rates for every Conservative customer they ‘serviced’, including Harper, Toews, Fantino, Del Mastro et al.

The term ‘Electoral Grooming’ certainly applies to the 2011 Canadian Election. ‘Grooming’ is a term utilized by investigators, police and the courts in ‘abuse’ cases and trials. A gradual abusive process undertaken.. by abusers.

Constant, pervasive and invasive Electoral Grooming combined with Electoral Fraud combined with dubious but legal electoral ‘gaming’ techniques perfected by partisan conservative American political operators and imported to Canada .. leaves Canada’s democracy and election results in tatters. For at least one particular political party, the 2011 Election was managed from within a war room and executed as a strategic strike and assault via live call and robocall.. By utilizing partisan poll grooming and dull witted mass media reportage (Pavlov’s Dog), the voting turnout and voting decisions/convictions were further stroked, groomed, confused and twisted. Just who are the backroom boys and girls in the ‘War Room’ ? And.. are they all Canadian.. just asking y’know ..

And must I add, Brian-Michel LaRue (Un F Withable) has not been active publicly since approx April 8 .. I hope he is well.. and send him my appreciation of his extraordinary efforts on behalf of Canada.

  2. I smile when I hear a Conservative defender imply that Robocalls is a non-issue, that supporters of all parties were called, they were mistakes, etc etc. In other words, move along, there is nothing to see here.

It has been clear for the past two months that a systematic attempt of not just voter suppression was made, but that every trick in the book was used.

I have systematically looked through comments made by voters at online websites that record complaints against numbers calling them.

    Here is a sample:

    “28 Apr 2011
Called asking for clarification on my name. When I asked who I was speaking with, she identified herself as Elections Canada looking to update the voters list because I was listed twice under 2 last names.
I told her I have 2 last names and they are hyphenated, apparently they were separate on the list. She then asked me if I would be supporting Progressive Conservative Peter Goldring in Edmonton East on May 2.
I made a complaint to Elections Canada regarding this call as it was totally improper.”

Now, I ask, does that sound like some kind of clerical error? Does that not appear to be someone posing as Elections Canada? Is that not someone trying to sway the voter to cast a vote for Conservative Peter Goldring?

Of course the answer is no, yes, and yes.

The corruption is wide and deep and very high up, in my humble opinion. And I do expect people will land in jail.

      • I’ve just been reading the Ekos study and I’m struck by how well it describes the real life experiences of people who recorded their experiences at online sites.

How much better does “if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, walks like a duck” get?

      • Mike claims he’s standing against the Ekos study because of methodology he views as tainted by psychology and passage of time. He’s right that memories change. Ekos used the best possible controls I could think of, given that 11 months passed. And as you say, it reflects online accounts given last year. So maybe the WWW is the best time machine we have access to?

In any case, his principled stance against the poll is moot because of the Kessler study, and the evidence EC has gathered (but not revealed), and the evidence gathered by LaRue (but has only partially revealed). What’s better for Mike to stand against: A poll viewed as flawed, or an election clearly rife with thousands of illegal voter suppression calls predominantly aimed at non-Conservatives using CIMS (or equivalent DB).

      • Well, Mike may have an issue with people’s memory a year later, but I agree with you, the internet is a beautiful thing and can provide a snapshot of happenings and how people feel, in indelible, frozen frame. That beautiful thing consistently produced nuggets of gold that support EKOS’ findings.

        Here is another nugget:

        “9 Mar 2011
Male stated he was calling on behalf of “Alberta Elections”. Wanted to verify personal info starting with my full name and middle initial, I said I was not comfortable to provide this info over the phone. He replied in irritated tone, “well, it’s mandatory!!” I responded, “then someone can come to my house and identify themself in person as they usually do for federal elections” He stated, “so you’re not willing to cooperate?” I said, “no”, and he hung up the phone.
        Sketchy….very sketchy….”

I have pages and pages of this stuff that supports Frank Graves’ findings.

  3. Slightly off topic but…both Brian-Michel LaRue and Emily Dee of ‘Pushed to the left and loving it’ no longer seem to be blogging. Does anybody know why?

    • Brian hasn’t been heard from online by people I know for almost 2 weeks. He’s dealing with serious cancer, and recently a mouth surgery that had painful complications. I’m concerned, but have no more information on his present condition today. He could be away from the computer intentionally for all I know.

      • Thanks for that update .. The serious medical concerns cannot be understated, nor Brian-Michel’s privacy or our respect. We place extreme expectations on our hero’s.. and in my subjective Canadian perspective, that’s completely understandable. Brian-Michel LaRue goes to the head of my class.. .. as does anyone who’s curious, concerned and Canadian.. courageous and daring..

      • It’s particularly bad timing too in my view, as he’d just released Poutine’s identity, and had yet to make much evidence or methodology to his investigation public. It’s selfish in a way for us to want more from him, but whatever his condition, we have to live with it and work around his absence.
