RoboCon: Poutine Hot and Fresh on Monday

Monday morning is going to eat Pierre Poutine for breakfast. If that doesn’t make sense, you’re not following RoboCon closely enough. Poutine is the alias of a person in Guelph that has conspired with someone who gave them access to the phone numbers of thousands of Canadians who were undecided voters, or identified themselves to the Conservatives as supporting other parties. Where could these phone numbers have come from, is the next question to answer, and if Poutine doesn’t cough it up, my suspicion is that the answer lies within the Conservative’s voter information database known as CIMS.

Meanwhile Alison at Creekside blog has uncovered more blatant lies from the Conservative MP tasked with defending the party from suspicion in this torrid scandal of election fraud across the country. Are all of the call centres associated with the Conservatives as above board as they, and their lawyers’ armed with libel lawsuits, claim them to be? We’ll have to wait with interest while there is more evidence gathered, and see if Poutine’s confession implicates any of them in any way.

A week ago I’d figured they’d have Poutine caught by March ~20. Seems I was a bit off. There’s still Poutine’s conspirator(s) to come forward, however. Will they be on the phones picking up lawyers early Monday morning. Don’t forget Daylight Saving Time, boys, when you’re setting your alarms.

Updates to come…
The Wingnutterer has listed The Facts. He leads you through the scandal to this point.

ADDED: Poutine may have come forward, but Elections Canada is hinting it could be years before the name is revealed, at the completion of a complex investigation! Hooey! Why is this crime treated differently from a bank robbery? The legitimacy of the government is being questioned, we can’t wait!
