“Mixed Nuts” [6/10] was on after Scrooged, so I tried watching it. I also finished watching “Taken for a Ride” [9/10] which is a documentary explaining how GM destroyed public transportation systems.

That sure sounds like an unbiased and fair presentation of an issue.
Watch it, it’s free to stream on YouTube. Worst that can happen is that you learn a lot, especially how GM was convicted in court of doing what I mentioned.
