What To See in Saskatchewan

Here’s a great video of some of the great things to see while looking around Saskatchewan. I’ve lived here nearly all my life, and I still haven’t seen it all yet. I love the Dark Sky Preserve at Grasslands National Park, and if you like taking photos at night, you have to try it.

  1. I was able to visit Grasslands National Park a few weeks ago. It’s beautiful – but even more stunning were the bench hills of the Cypress Hills around Eastend. But I must say – that southwest chunk of Sask is EPIC prairie landscape.

  2. Very nice indeed, but they overlooked the oasis of southern Saskatchewan, the Fishing Lakes in the Qu’Appelle Valley. (Disclosure: I was born and raised in Fort San on the shore of Echo Lake.)
